After graduating from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a degree in construction engineering technology, he went to work with a mid size general contractor as a project manager/estimator. For over 25 years Larry has driven his company to deliver the best products available by staying current with cutting edge technology. Larry's success comes from his commitment and ability to self perform all phases of work he offers his clients. This gives him complete control of schedule and quality. |

| Liz has over thirty years of experience in the construction industry. Construction has been in her blood since a child admiring her father's work at Cruz Construction. Liz supports Bedrock as their finance manager and handles all aspects of the accounting and finance areas of the company. |

Kevin McNaboe - Project Engineer |

| While completing a Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Kevin began work as a tradesman in construction. Upon graduation, he worked nine years as a project engineer then project manager for a large general contractor and construction management company focusing on institutional and educational projects up to $30 million. At Bedrock, Kevin performs estimating, preconstruction planning, coordination, and material submissions for projects. During construction he provides daily field support, construction layout, inspection review, material acquisition along with equipment and manpower logistics. |

| Jim started his sales and marketing career in the steel and aluminum industry in 1995. His past 5 years experience in the concrete redi-mix industry has increased his knowledge in the construction field. Combining the two industry experiences gives him a true hands on knowlege of the Tilt-Up system. At Bedrock Jim handles all Media, Website, and Advertising. He meets with local Architects and Developers to educated them in the many benefits of the Tilt Up construction process. |
